2. Return Eligibility
  • Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
  • Unused & unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact as received at the time of delivery
  • The product should not have any smell or body odor

3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or altered items
  • Accessories (if applicable)

4. Exchange Policy
  • We offer exchanges for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged or defective products
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • An image and video of the product are required upon opening as proof.

5. Return Process
  • Email us at support@humthreads.com with your order details
  • Our team will guide you through the return process
  • Ship the product back to us (or schedule pickup if available)
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
